The development comprises of a 6,000sq.ft terrace. Pre-lets have been agreed with Domino’s, Greggs, The Chippy and Indigo Sun. The final unit was let to AEP Stores Ltd (trading as Spar).

The project is a joint venture with UT Properties. Development completed in March 2019 and was fully let by July 2019.

On completion of this development, Crucible were brought on to manage the property on behalf of the development purchaser. Crucible deal with all aspects of the day to day management of this busy development including rent collection, service charging and day to day maintenance.
